Multi-talented artist Aline McCracken was born in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She received a BFA degree from the Memphis College of Art and a MFA degree from the University of Mississippi, both with major studies in painting and print making. She did further studies at the University of Bridgeport for her certification in Art Education and as an exchange student to Queens University in Kingston, Ontario. Aline has taught art at all levels in public schools and colleges.
Aline is a founding member of Gallery 246 and enjoys creating many kinds of artworks, primarily sculpture and watercolors.
